The firm stands on the foundation of success that John Nichols, Sr., has built since passing the Texas bar following his graduation from Rice University and law school. He has argued in front of the highest Texas courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
