Merri M. Nichols - Attorney
Merri M. Nichols earned her Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting from the University of Houston in 1993. After passing the CPA exam in 1994, she worked as a crude oil accountant for a large oil trading company in Houston. Merri received her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2003. While attending law school, Merri served as a Legal Intern on the First District Court of Appeals, and was employed as a law clerk for a local law firm specializing in civil litigation.
Shortly after passing the bar in 2004, Merri established her own law practice, focusing primarily on family law. Merri merged her practice into Nichols Law, PLLC in 2008, and is a managing partner with her husband, John F. Nichols, Sr.
Merri enjoys spending time with John, their children, and grandchildren.
